The slim-line matting system
The matting system Tec10 consists of highly durable aluminium profiles with an integrated hinge connection. It is rollable and can be fitted with needle-punch-, rubber- and / or bristlefusedstrips A. Thus the system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Due to the closed construction Tec10 offers the maximum amount of safety, durability and cleanliness.
The hinge connection makes the mat so stable that it has the highest load capacity of up to 120 kN per 100 m² ( = 12,200 kg) when accurately fits into the matwell.
Tec10 is wheelchair and wheelchair accessible truckable and absolutely highheel safe.
The important advantage of Tec10 is its low overall height. A Profile height of 8 mm and a total height of 10 mm or 12 mm offer completely new perspectives regarding its utilization. Tec10 can be integrated in a floor-depression but more importantly, in case of renovations or subsequent integration there is no necessity to chisel open the floor. The system can be installed with tile rails or with our installation frame.
Customisation of Tec10 is also possible. Almost every geometric shapes and conceivable mat contours can be produced. Due to the low weight, large one-piece mats can also be realized.
Max. Width: 6,640 mm, walking depth: infinite.
We deliver a 1 mm rubber mat as impact sound insulation free to every mat. Should the mat well go deeper than 10 mm, can we also deliver the rubber mats to create a height compensation. We have 1 – 5 mm thickness in stock.
